I’ve waiting on hold 30+ minutes three times, with two hang ups and the one time they answered they claimed they were waiting for the vendor’s appraisal that it could not be fixed even though they had the information. I’ve tried their FB page with a promise I would be contacted (never happened). My ex-wife has tried so many times we are ready to buy the appliance ourselves, which I believe is the reason for the bad service.”
